Terms of service
1. The service
SetSponsor is a marketplace where advertisers book physical placements, such as walls, shelves and desks, visible in creators' camera environments. A booking covers the agreed environment across the creator's listed platforms for a 30-day verified campaign.
2. Pricing and the platform fee
Creators set a 30-day media price per placement. SetSponsor charges a platform fee, initially 10%, on creator media spend. Example: $650.00 of media plus a $65.00 fee is a $715.00 total before applicable taxes. All prices and fees are calculated on the server and disclosed before payment.
3. Booking, holds and rescheduling
Checkout reserves inventory for a limited time. Instant Sponsor bookings that meet the creator's rules are accepted and charged immediately. Creator Approval bookings authorize the full amount; the authorization is captured only if the creator accepts within 48 hours. Rejection, advertiser cancellation before acceptance, or expiry cancels an uncaptured authorization. Two advertisers cannot hold overlapping dates for the same placement, and an exclusive booking blocks individual bookings during its period.
4. The 30-day campaign period
The 30-day period starts only when an administrator verifies activation evidence. Payment alone does not make a campaign live.
5. Evidence and review
Creators submit activation and completion evidence. An administrator approves or rejects it with a reason.
6. Creator payments
After approval, creator earnings are transferred through Stripe Connect to the creator's connected account. A transfer is not a bank payout; Stripe pays out under the connected account's own schedule. SetSponsor does not describe itself as an escrow service.
7. Refunds
For refund eligibility, cancellation rules, deductions, payment errors, and processing, see the Refund and Cancellation Policy. The version shown and accepted at checkout applies to that campaign, subject to applicable law.
8. Demo content
Demo creators, sets and campaigns are fictional, isolated from real transactions and cannot be booked.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for your account. Suspended accounts may be restricted. You may export or delete your account from Settings, subject to retention of financial and campaign records.
