What we collect

Account details from our authentication provider, profile information you enter, self-reported or public-API audience metrics, uploaded images and evidence files, campaign and payment records, and support messages.

Payments

Card details are handled by Stripe. SetSponsor does not store raw card information.

Public social statistics

Creators can submit a public YouTube channel URL to retrieve publicly available subscriber and view counts through YouTube's Data API. This does not require Google sign-in or prove channel control. Creators may optionally add their permanent SetSponsor page link to the public channel description; SetSponsor can read that description to confirm the link and indicate channel editing access, not legal ownership. The link can also direct sponsors to the creator's public storefront. YouTube-hidden subscriber counts are unavailable. Manually entered metrics are labeled self-reported.

AI image analysis

When you run placement analysis, the set image is sent to an AI provider to produce placement suggestions. Suggestions are not saved until you review and save them.

Your controls

You can edit your profile, set notification preferences, download an export of your account data and request account deletion from Settings.
